Variation on the gluten free chocolate cake and schedule

This week-end we are back at the Lonsdale Quay Market for the first time since July, woohoo! Market hours are 10am to 3pm on Saturday, August 27.

We’ll have the usual macarons (blueberry, pistachio, Earl Grey, passion fruit and yuzu), canelés, financiers, brioches, madeleines and decadent lava cakes with a heart of dark Belgian chocolate with raspberry purée… Not only is it delicious but it’s also gluten free!

In case you missed the previous update, we decided to cancel all the Coquitlam markets until the end of the season so we won’t be there this Sunday. We are working on finding a place to open our bakery and our schedule was becoming too hectic, sorry!!
